I went out to the warehouse and was able to measure the Dometic Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # DMC38FR and found that the mounting holes are spaced approximately 18-5/8" apart from center to center of the holes. Even though your tabs don't match up this cover comes with new mounting brackets to make it more of a universal fit for multiple different vents.
